A vehicle can be an extension of its driver's personality and a group of artists has elaborated on this idea by creating lavishly decorated or altered cars. These vehicles not only turn heads on streets and highways but they also draw visitors from around the world to an annual festival. VOA's Wang Yiru went to this year's ArtCar Fest in Berkeley, California, and has the following story narrated by Elaine Lu.
